Organization & compliance posture
- Entity: Lemma Labs (Estonian OÜ registration in progress); the entity, not individuals, is the counterparty for any award or agreement.
- KYC per contributor: every contributor with commit or treasury access completes KYC, and is re-verified on any leadership or representative change. Team and entity are OFAC-clean.
- Funds governance: award funds held in a 2-of-3 team multisig; spend reported against
deliverables per tranche (source of truth:
leontief-build-application.md). - Commit policy: commits are authored by the human team member of record; conventional commits; PRs note spec sections touched.
